Exploring Cartridges: Tags Bags Boxes and More

Today Lisa and I are exploring the cartridge TAGS BAGS BOXES AND MORE! This is one of the must have cartridges:) It is even one of the FREE cartridges that is available with the Gypy.
Look what Lisa created using the TAGS BAGS BOXES AND MORE cartridge! So stinkin' cute:)
Here is what Lisa had to say about this cartridge:
My "baby" is turning 18 on the 24th of this month. I wanted to do something special and different for her. Besides the scrapbook, that's not finished yet! Each little piece of this cake will have alittle gift tucked inside. I really like the Tags, Bags, Boxes and more cartridge because of all the possibilities with this one. If you have this cartridge, you will always have a tag, bag or box or more!

Here is my project:

Like I said before this is a MUST HAVE CARTRIDGE. This is great for making little gift boxes and bags. I have made party invitations using the fun tags too. The boxes and bags are pretty simple to put together. This cartridge is great for party favors and little gift bags you give to friends and classmates.
*I used paper, chipboard and buttons from Cosmo Cricket
What do you like most about this cartridge?

  2. I Love it!! I haven't really used this cart yet, I only have the little Cricut and didn't think it would work as well?! I think I want to give it a try now! Thanks for sharing!

  3. Really glad to see you focus on this cartridge today - It's the next "thing" I want to play with on my new gypsy. I love giving little gifts = and with this cartridge it makes the presentation a gift too. Thanks for the inspiration.

  4. I wanted this cartridge so bad and when I got a gypsy for Christmas I, of course, got this cartridge in the free download.

I haven't made any boxes with it yet but I used the shapes in it and welded some and altered them to make a Hello Kitty plane for the Flaunt it Friday challenge this week. I was surprised I could do that but it was fun.

I just love the idea of the Birthday cake with gifts in each slice. I can see this at a Birthday party in our future! Thanks for sharing!

  9. When I got my gypsy for christmas I was so excited to see it on there after the update! I've been wanting this cartridge for a long time. I've already used it alot! My sister-in-law had a bridal shower and asked me to do the party favors. I made her a "cake" with the triangle box. She loved it!

  10. I love this cart, only problem I am having is trying to figure out how to fold The stuff after cutting it. I follow the lines but rarely get it right. Any suggestions? Is there a book or cheat sheet somewhere out there?
