The Scrapbooking Queen Design Team Day for CRI-KITS

Today I am showcasing a fun project for you using one of my favorite things, CRI-KITS!
I have had a bunch of fun posts over the last month using these pens.

For this project you will need your Gypsy and some fabulous CRI-KIT pens.

The first thing I did was find a basic tag and size it to the size I wanted.  This tag comes from SWEETHEARTS cartridge
*This is the image that cuts
I added another layer and found a fun "design" for the tag.  This one came from the STORYBOOK cartridge.
*This is the image that draws
After some CUTTING and DRAWING, this is what I created:)
 Time to Embellish
TADA!  I love the way this tag turned out:)  I love my CRI-KIT pens!  They add a fun unique look to my projects.

My Pink Stamper Design Team Day YAY:) Layouts

Today is design team day over at MY PINK STAMPER:)
For our project today, Robyn asked us to make a LAYOUT!
For all my followers, you know I have a Love Hate relationship
with layouts. I don't do them often because the scare me... It is so
much easier for me to make a card. Once I finish a layout I always
tell myself, "That wasn't so bad. I will make them more."
Once again I said that after I made this layout:)
Here Is My Layout:

Recipe:
Calligraphy, Storybook Cartridges
Paper- Nikki Sivils
*I love finding paper lines that take the guess work out of trying to match and coordinate colors.
That's why I love this paper line so much:)
Ribbon
Gems
Gel Pen
Be sure to check out the rest of the design team and see all their amazing layout creations:)
You won't want to miss them.

Having Fun with Cri-Kit Pens

I decided to change it up today, rather than using all cricut cut. Today I played around with Cri-Kit pens. If you have never tried using pens with your cricut, it is super easy and super fun. Sometimes I get nervous with really detailed cuts with the cricut. With these pens there is no worrying at all. They are so fun to watch in action.
There is a huge variety of pens to choose from: Regular, Neon, Glitter, Metallic and Pastel. I hear the now have Markers (Mar-Kits) to use too:) I can't wait to try those. Cri-Kits is a great company and all the times I have ordered, everything comes super fast. Be sure to check them out at http://www.cri-kits.com and see all the awesome product they offer.
Make your crafting more fun with using Cri-Kits!

A "pretty" Card

So I never have really made a "pretty" card, only "cutesy" ones. I was so excited to get the Storybook Cricut Cartridge for Christmas because there are a lot of "pretty" cuts.
I love all the texturing and destressing this flower has.
What is your favorite cartridge to use when making "pretty" cards?
